E commerce Trends 2020


The world of retail is certainly experiencing fundamental changes at present; most of them are attributable to technology introduction and its becoming ever more commonplace in all domains of human lives. However, it is not all about technology; an aspiring business  the retailer should also take into account the new business models affecting e-commerce, as well as changing shoppers. The evolution of technology and that Internet is the biggest source of disruption for retailers worldwide. Ecommerce sector will continue to be the disrupted by greater integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology in 2020. The ecommerce trends we see in 2018 might not see a huge departure  been on the horizon for a long time we all likely just see a lot more of the futuristic, long-hyped stuff become realized. The world of retail is undergoing an unprecedented wave of innovation. Technology, of course, plays a major role, but it is not the only force at work. New business models are appearing that will have a profound influence across the e-commerce and wider retail value chain. At the same time, consumer behaviors and expectations are evolving.
The e commerce refers to the buying and selling of goods and services and the transmitting of funds or data, over an electronic network, which include  business-to-business, business-to-consumer, consumer-to-consumer or consumer-to-business. Business to business e-commerce is considered as vital to the global economy. B2B is focussed on sales of products, services, or information to other businesses. Business-to- business and an individual consumer. Customer to customer (C2C) facilitates an environment, usually online, where customers can trade with each other. An end  of user or consumer makes a product or service that an organization uses  complete a business process or gain competitive advantage in the Consumer-to-Business. The C2B approach evolved from the growth of popular consumer-generated media and content across different consumer segments, include websites, blogs, podcasts, videos and social networks.  The world of e-commerce, with relevant implications of these evolutionary changes for both merchants and users of their services.
Then new Automatic shopping process. Consumers will want products they use routinely to automatically "refill" themselves when needed. A consumer will be want to simply touch a button on their phone to automatically order a tube of toothpaste, for example. Or they may want a way to set up a repeating delivery on a routine basis -- say, once a month a new tube of toothpaste shows up in their mail, and their credit card is automatically charged. The Brick-and-mortar can't remain static. More and more products are going online. In the future, any product or service not available online will find it hard to carve out a niche in the market. Then next is Center on the customer. Visitors to your website will want personal, individual service online. Real-time chat features, opportunities to video conference with a salesperson in real time: These are examples of customer interaction via technology that gives the consumer the personal interaction they want without going to the mall.
The consumer e-commerce today is largely driven by price and convenience then  a good deal on products that are delivered quickly. A smaller but growing number of consumers are starting to want more from e-commerce, for example, wanting the ability to discover unique goods they will not find in big-box retail chains. By 2020, these fundamental desires will still exist, but consumer expectations of the ecommerce experience will have changed drastically, along with the shopping experience.  For more..........
